we use all caps because this calls for it. fresh green pea agnolotti bites on carrot puree with parm and zest, zucchini flowers with minted ricotta, fresh focaccia with yellow romesco, fresh heirloom baby veg in (ever so slightly) truffled emulsion. served per person as with the smorg and fish boards.

they WERE, in fact, a long marble table that was broken by adrian by overloading it with booze! then we had the idea of smashing them up, cleaning them well, and using them to display stuff. glad you like em!
